Both lots travel with Kenji back to Tokyo. One is built for espresso, the other for filter. When they are gone, DOSIS closes.

A coffee bean is the seed of a fruit. Kenji selects cherries at peak ripeness, when sweetness has nowhere left to hide.
THE EVENT / 001
No endless menu and no second location. DOSIS exists for one day, serving the two lots Kenji chose at origin.
The address unlocks at 07:00. Doors open two hours later.
Espresso from Brazil or filter from Colombia. Milk is available. Syrups are not.
Seats, records and water. Take your time; the cup is the only programme.
Or earlier if the coffee runs out. There is no restock.
